We transform business processes, improve efficiency, strengthen controls, increase transparency, and ensure compliance with federal laws. Projects require self‑motivation and solution development individually or in a high‑skill team. You will interact with senior management and enhance skills in technical competence, business development, client service, leadership, project management, and people development.This role supports government agencies with tasks covering program and project management consulting capabilities, including:Assisting clients in designing, developing, launching, and improving new projects and programs focused on strategic goals and mission.Helping clients develop and implement performance metrics and measurement tools to monitor program performance and evaluate goal attainment.Analyzing projects and programs to identify risks and developing mitigations.Documenting and evaluating business processes and recommending improvements.Applying analytical, problem‑solving, and reporting skills.Producing communications from informal email to formal memos, issue papers, presentations, and executive briefings.Conducting research to investigate client problems and collaborating with team to formulate solutions.Supporting clients in collecting and analyzing data, producing models and visualizations, and drawing conclusions to improve decision‑making.Analyzing and improving policies and procedures for programs and operational needs.Additional activities enhancing business growth and internal operations include:Assisting with business development activities such as identifying client needs, developing proposals, and participating in account meetings.Participating in coaching and mentoring programs.Assisting in developing learning materials, courses, and presentations.Supporting recruitment initiatives for top talent.What You Will Need Must obtain and maintain a Public Trust, Secret, or higher‑level federal/government clearance.
