Only candidates with active CI polys can be considered.Required experience and education: Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with all-source analytics, or 7+ years of experience with all-source analytics in lieu of a degree.DescriptionAs an all-source intelligence analyst on our team, you'll help your client by providing intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements.Using your comprehensive understanding of all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats you'll produce strategic-level assessments and products that address a specified client area of responsibility (AOR). As an authority on your topic, your client will look to you for comprehensive production, often under pressure.QualificationsKnowledge of IC and Combatant Command environmentsAbility to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefingsProvide all-source intelligence analysis on topics related to homeland security, including, but not limited to, border security, counterterrorism, and critical infrastructure protection.Generate finished all source intelligence products that adhere to client and IC standards using a multi-discipline approach.Provide Collection research, analysis and recommendations regarding liaison efforts with operational and support elements, external intelligence agencies to foster an environment of cooperation and sharing of information to better develop future products.Identifies gaps in available intelligence information and engages with other collection managers on strategies to meet intelligence requirements through Intelligence Community collection disciplines.Employs Intelligence Community analytic standards and appropriate tradecraft, methodologies and techniques and applies specialized subject matter expertise to prepare assessments of current threats and trends for consumers from senior US officials to state and local and private sector customers.Desired Qualifications3+ years of experience with producing all-source intelligence analysis reports and briefings and inputting to IC databasesKnowledge of ICD 203 and 206 analytic tradecraft standardsKnowledge of the INDOPACOM AORBenefitsExcellent medical, dental, and vision benefitsPTO11 paid federal holidaysTuition assistancePaid military-reserve leavePaid parental leave for birth or adoption401k matching up to 5 percent of the base salaryFlex timeCompany-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance.#J-18808-Ljbffr
