This is a full‑time CONUS position requiring an active DoD TS/SCI clearance.What You'll DoMember of a 24/7 support team responsible for overseeing daily operations.Work within a team standing a rotating watch to ensure project deliverables.Monitor operations and mission support systems (generators, HVAC, etc.) and leverage a wide range of accesses and technical tools to immediately fix many of the technical issues that hinder the mission.Monitor IT mission equipment including servers, clients, routers, switches, telecommunications cabling, etc.Provide basic troubleshooting skills to resolve problems and act as escalation manager liaison between operations and support elements for rapid restoration notification.Provide timely updates to customers, senior leadership, and the program manager for situational awareness documentation.Conduct pass‑down briefings, maintain pass‑down logs, and present to on‑coming watch teams; train and mentor newly assigned and/or junior watch standers.Prepare and administer operations procedures and initiate ongoing updates and changes.Conduct routine project status meetings with government project managers and company project team, identify project challenges and risks, and offer alternatives to achieve success and continually improve enterprise processes.Facilitate or participate in the creation of document deliverables such as standard operating procedures, system assessments, project status reports, etc., prior to submitting to the government.Instruct craft personnel and technical staff in equipment and systems operations, equipment maintenance methods, safe work practices, and procedures, and administer apprenticeship programs.Ensure project deadlines are kept and tasks remain within project scope.Assist in the operations and maintenance of an organization, branch, plant, or department by performing complex technical work and directing others as assigned.Provide front‑line and high‑level IT hardware, software, and network support to internal and/or external clients to simplify and enhance their IT experience.Reply to requests for technical assistance; identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks; and escalates technical issues if unable to resolve.Support core business applications, virtual environments, firewalls, and networking.Plan, design, configure, and implement IT hardware and software systems;
