The expected hourly pay is $20-$26/hr based on overall candidate experience.BenefitsTrainingOutstanding benefits package (Medical, Dental and Vision insurance, plus much more!)401(k) with matchCompetitive wagesCompany laptopPaid time off10 paid holidaysResponsibilitiesDispatch Technicians to handle service requests and preventive maintenance (PM)Take, record and prioritize customer calls for service requestsCompile and complete customer summary invoicingOrganize and file paperwork for the departmentAnswering internal and customer service callsWeekly payroll time card entryOpening and closing work orders, including accurately recording story lines into each orderPM running & monitoring throughout the monthPM tracking reports & audit completed work for weekly meetingPM scheduling for techniciansWork in process (WIP) assistance to dispatch proper technician (closest technician with correct skill set) to our customersFleet service call monitoring & assignmentFleetmatics monitoring to ensure technicians are on time at field accountsResponsible for various reports (PM's completed, overtime, non-productive clocking, first start tracking, tracker audits)Assist Technicians with finding technical dataIncorporate Alta's Guiding Principles into daily activitiesPerforms other duties as assignedDesired Skills and QualificationsPrevious dispatching, warranty administrative or mechanic experience is highly preferredA strong technical knowledge base is desired to answer technician questionsMust have strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Previous ERP experience is a plus.Possess excellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent time management skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of coworkers, as well as customersLanguage Skills - Intermediate: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.Mathematical Skills - Basic: Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.Reasoning Ability - Basic: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
