Valid Tennessee Driver's License.**Minimum Work Experience:** Previous dispatch experience preferred# **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES*** Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills* Ability to problem-solve and/or utilize resources available for troubleshooting in different situations* Accuracy and attention to detail* Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances# **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*** Consider the quality of the work tasks required and how the quality of performance impacts the program, function or care this position must demonstrate.* Consider what the employee's required, position-specific performance and behavior should be and how they should demonstrate it.
