About the role:The Fusion Security Specialist is responsible for creating a world-class experience while ensuring a safe and secure environment for the client and customers. As such, the Fusion Security Specialist must maintain a professional appearance, speak politely and in a clear tone, and provide the highest level of customer service to address, greet, and direct all personnel. A strong working knowledge of the rules, policies, and procedures for guests and general personnel at the client site is expected. As the primary point of contact for all safety and security issues, the Fusion Security Specialist leverages a thorough understanding of the rules, policies, and procedures applicable to those on the client site. The Fusion Security Specialist reports directly to the Site Manager.In this role, your responsibilities will be:Monitor overall activity on the site to ensure a safe and secure environmentInitiate investigations of security-related incidentsOperate in a professional, business-centered environment where customer service, confidentiality, and integrity are held to a high standardAssist EMS or other officials during emergenciesProfessional experience in the areas of people and conflict management with tact and discretion, and the ability to function in stressful situationsMust hold and maintain applicable state guard certifications and licensesAs a candidate, you must have:Minimum 2 years of either military or law enforcement experience ORAssociate's degree or higher in criminal justice or business management ORMinimum of 3 years of experience in physical security; 2+ years in a supervisory roleAdvanced safety certifications (EMT, CLSS-HC, etc.) preferredProficient in iOS, macOS, and PC operating systems on stationary and mobile devicesWe offer:$27.00 Hourly RatePaid Time Off, including Sick/Safe TimeA dynamic and challenging work environment with opportunities for growthPrivate Detective #16808-062Security Industry Specialists, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer#J-18808-Ljbffr
