Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, precision scheduling, and excellent communication make all the difference?This could be the next step in your career.About the Role:As our Production Dispatcher , you'll be the hub of our daily operations—balancing technician schedules, job timelines, and customer communications to ensure projects stay on track and homeowners stay informed.You will:Schedule and dispatch roofing crews, repair techs, and site supervisorsMonitor daily workloads and adjust in real-time as neededDeconflict crew assignments and resolve scheduling issues efficientlyProvide friendly, timely updates to customers about their project statusUse tools like Zuper, HubSpot, and internal platforms to manage workflowsCollaborate with operations and field teams to drive on-time delivery and exceptional serviceWhat We're Looking For:2+ years dispatching experience in home services (HVAC, electric, plumbing, or roofing preferred)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsA calm, organized, and proactive approach to problem‑solvingTech‑savvy with scheduling, CRM, and field service software (experience with Zuper a plus)Commitment to professionalism, accuracy, and exceptional customer serviceAbility to juggle multiple tasks and priorities without dropping the ballWhy Join Maven?At Maven Roofing, we're not just building roofs—we're building a team of professionals who take pride in craftsmanship, service, and delivering for our community.
