EEC Solutions is looking for an Air Advisor Instruction / Mobility Support Advisor Squadron (MSAS) Instructor / SME to support a possible upcoming contract at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JB MDL), NJ.Note: We are seeking resumes for a proposal opportunity. This position is contingent upon contract award. Candidates currently living in a HubZone designated area are encouraged to apply. Only the candidates who meet the minimum qualifications will be considered.Position DescriptionServes as the primary SME and instructor for the Air Advisor MC/TS Qualification Course, providing instruction on security cooperation concepts, command relationships, mission planning, execution, and reporting for MSAS Mission Commanders and Team Sergeants. Also provides instruction on teaching methodology in cross-cultural environments and reviews/evaluates student lesson plan delivery.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide instruction and evaluations on security cooperation concepts including authorities, command relationships, mission planning, execution, and reporting.Provide instruction on teaching methodology in a crosscultural environment.Teach subjects including, but not limited to: Command Relationships, Risk Management, Security Cooperation, Funding and Legal Authorities, Force Protection Mindset, History of AMC GPF Advising, TheaterSpecific Dynamics/US Foreign Policy, Mission Planning and Coordination, US Embassy Operations, Personalizing Lesson Plans, Using Training Aids Effectively, Effective Presentation Skills, and Maintaining Control in the Classroom.Review student lesson plans and analyze student instructor delivery skills; provide effective written and oral feedback.Provide course support including curriculum development/management, course scheduling, and administration.Develop, update, revise, and deliver curriculum and courseware IAW USAF EOS policy.Complete USAF EOS instructional methods course; maintain 180 hours of instruction within first year; maintain satisfactory or above on Government evaluations.Minimum QualificationsMaster's degree from an accredited college or university.Deployed as an MSAS Mission Commander/Team Sergeant, Military Advisor, PAS Officer, RAS Officer, FAO, PRT member, attaché, or Security Cooperation Officer (or equivalent advisory role).Completion of Air Command and Staff College, Senior NCO Academy, or sister service school equivalent (in residence or by correspondence).Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance; CAC required within two weeks of start date.Verification of MSAS or advisory deployment experience required; prior MSAS Mission Commander or Team Sergeant experience strongly preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
