Job Summary Variable (United States of America) Security Dispatcher. This individual answers and dispatches incoming calls to appropriate departments, monitors all surveillance cameras and alarm systems while assisting security officers as required.Key Responsibilities Answer all incoming calls for Environmental Services (E.S.).Dispatch all E.S. calls and enter and close out E.S. work orders daily in the FSI work order system.Answer all incoming Security and Emergency calls.Dispatch all Security calls and enter them into the Security Dispatching Program.Monitor all surveillance cameras and V.C.R.'s.Monitor all alarm systems in the Dispatch Center and ensure that they are in good working order.Report any equipment malfunction to the supervisor.Provide security officers in the field with clear and complete information daily.Assist security officers in the field as needed.Answer and dispatch all incoming patient‑related phone calls.Maintain a working knowledge of emergency procedures.Answer and dispatch all calls for Patient Transportation.Maintain a working knowledge of all computer programs utilized in the dispatch operation.Report to work on time in proper uniform/attire.Always act professionally and respond to personal inquiries in a thoughtful and friendly manner.Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
