This vital role serves as the communication hub between clients, technicians, and internal teams—ensuring each day runs smoothly, efficiently, and with top-tier service.ResponsibilitiesBe the voice our clients love to hear – schedule interior pest control appointments and chat with clients in a friendly, helpful way that reflects our top-tier service standards.Route like a pro – shuffle and shape technician schedules to make sure services are delivered efficiently, on-time, and with a smile.Put on your problem-solving cape – jump in to help techs who hit a snag on their route and keep the day moving smoothly.Pick up the line – handle incoming calls to support our client service and sales teams with helpful info and great vibes.Pitch in with the routing squad – help out with admin extras like call-aheads, permission lists, text notifications, and more. Every detail counts!Keep the story straight – log client conversations and service updates in our CRM so the whole team stays in the loop.Wear a few hats – tackle other tasks as assigned by management.
