liemstrongWeekend Schedule: /strongSaturday-Sunday/emem7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., and 2 Varying Days during the week from 8:00am-7:00pm/em/li
listrongResponsibilities:/strong/li
liProvide customer service support to drivers during extended coverage shifts, using available resources and critical thinking to solve escalated issues./li
liAccurate data entry into company computer systems./li
liEscalates and/or resolves problems per guidelines using available tools and resources./li
liWorks with team members to solve problems./li
liProvides clear work instructions to drivers./li

pstrongQualifications:/strong/p

liHigh School Diploma or equivalent required./li
liProficient communicator in both English and Spanish language (preferred)./li
liBasic knowledge of motor carrier operations and geography./li
liProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software./li
liWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, talk, or listen./li
