Koniag IT Systems, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Imagery and Collection Analyst to provide SURF EAGLE remote collection support for our Department of Defense customers. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in imagery analysis, collection operations, and remote sensing technologies. This position requires deep technical expertise in collection systems, demonstrated ability to manage complex collection requirements, and experience supporting time‑sensitive operational missions. A current TS/SCI clearance is required.BenefitsHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchingFlexible spending accountsPaid holidaysThree weeks of paid time offAdditional benefits availableEducation and ExperienceBachelor of Science degree: 5-7 years of experience in a related field.Master of Science degree: 3-5 years of experience in a related field.PhD: 0-2 years of experience in a related field.Essential Responsibilities, Functions, & DutiesProvide Command, Control, Computers, Communications, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) solutions.Research and create effective collection strategies to meet NAVOCEANO requirements.Understand national collection systems and account for trade‑offs related to parameters and constraints required for littoral‑environment collection to produce advanced geospatial intelligence (AGI) products.Develop national collection strategies in support of operational production requirements and research & development transition efforts.Coordinate the collection of information between NAVOCEANO and NGA to ensure that NAVOCEANO requirements are met.Submit national requirements through appropriate tasking mechanisms to obtain data required by NAVOCEANO analysts.Draft and submit NAVOCEANO national requirements using the Planning Tool for Resource Integration, Synchronization and Management (PRISM), Imagery Exploitation Support System (IESS), and other relevant tasking mechanisms (e.g., GIMS, IESS, Battlefield Visualization Initiative (BVI), and Collection Management Mission Application (CMMA)).Have a thorough understanding of various tasking mechanisms and be trained and proficient in drafting and submitting requirements using the appropriate systems.Coordinate requirements with all required organizations to ensure final approval at the national level.Monitor the performance of collection requirements to ensure satisfactory collection and dissemination.Assist WSC collection managers in monitoring requirements.Evaluate the effectiveness of collection strategies, investigate causes for poor satisfaction rates, and adjust strategies as required.Required Skills and CompetenciesWork independently or as part of a team as needed.Identify and incorporate METOC and intelligence data to produce and monitor applications, products, and web services that answer specific spatial questions using multidimensional visualization and modeling methods.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.Excellent communication abilities.Demonstrated experience in managing complex collection requirements.Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
