Mayvin is seeking a highly skilled Electronic Warfare (EW) Radar Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide technical expertise and operational insight in support of U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) at Ft. Bragg, NC. The position applies in-depth knowledge of radar systems, radar signal processing, and electronic warfare tactics to advance mission-critical programs. This position requires extensive hands-on experience with radar systems, electronic countermeasures (ECM), and counter-radar operations to ensure survivability and mission success across multi-domain environments.Must be a U.S. CitizenMust have an active Top Secret clearanceResponsibilities:Lead and oversee all aspects of COMINT and EW mission planning and executionDirect advanced operations to disrupt and exploit enemy communications and electronic systemsManage tactical deployment of airborne EW assets to deny and degrade adversary C2 and air defense networksExecute detailed mission planning integrating intelligence, EW effects, and multi-domain coordinationSynchronize electronic attacks with joint air, ground, and maritime operations, including SEAD missionsPrepare intelligence-driven mission plans, configure EW systems, and deliver comprehensive crew briefingsProvide clear, actionable communication across leadership channels and external command networksSupervise and mentor EW teams in executing offensive electronic attack and counter-information operationsDevelop, test, and implement new TTPs to enhance EW effectiveness against evolving radar and datalink threatsConduct in-depth signal analysis to identify, track, and counter electronic threats in the battlespaceAdvise leadership on EW capability gaps, material requirements, and DoW acquisition processesRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field; Master's preferredMinimum of 16 years of experience in Electronic Warfare with specific emphasis on radar systemsExperience with DoW and SOF requirements development processes (JCIDS and SOFCIDS)Familiarity with Program and Project Management methodologies and best practicesExperience with EW modeling and simulation tools, threat radar analysis, and countermeasure developmentFamiliarity with U.S. and foreign radar/EW systems, doctrine, and operational employmentStrong technical writing and presentation skills for senior-level decision makersAbout MayvinMayvin is more than a workplace—it's a community built on innovation, ingenuity, and impact.
