Security Operations Center (SOC) Operator – Driftwood Golf & Ranch Club Full‑time hourly position located at Driftwood Golf and Ranch Club, Driftwood, TX. Hourly rate $24.75 – $25.75. The SOC Operator maintains security technology systems, monitors surveillance, and dispatches officers in real‑time response to incidents.Key Responsibilities Provide a positive and meaningful experience by maintaining excellence in customer service with all members, guests, and employees while ensuring security and safety.Maintain thorough knowledge of all club amenities and services to assist the Community Safety and Security Team, members, and club operations.Continuously monitor security systems (CCTV, intrusion detection, fire alarms, access control, and other technologies) to identify potential incidents and escalate critical information to supervisory personnel.Respond promptly to alarms, security breaches, or emergencies to dispatch and coordinate appropriate action, ensuring incidents are handled efficiently and professionally.Analyze events, alerts, and real‑time data to determine severity and impact of threats, taking appropriate action.Assess, operate, and troubleshoot security systems to identify vulnerabilities and resolve issues promptly.Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., IT, club operations) to execute coordinated responses and resolve incidents.Serve as liaison with local emergency services and law enforcement to coordinate responses and maintain communication.Monitor emerging threats and trends, implementing countermeasures proactively.Enforce health and safety policies, procedures, and community rules to reduce workplace risks.Prepare detailed incident reports and investigations for management review.Protect privacy and confidentiality of members and guests in coordination with the IT team.Skills and Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong customer service skills and ability to interact effectively with all individuals and external agencies.Ability to write detailed incident reports accurately.Professionalism and composure under pressure.Strong critical thinking and decisive action in emergency situations.Observational skills and documentation precision.Capacity to remain seated or stand for extended periods, monitor screens, and respond quickly to incidents.Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.High school diploma or equivalent; security or law enforcement certifications are desirable.Valid driver's license.Preferred Qualifications Previous dispatcher experience.Experience with Genetec.Experience with drone operation.Additional Requirements Obtain and maintain FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate within 3 months of hire.Complete CPR/First Aid/AED within 30 days of hire.Obtain FEMA IC‑100 certification within 60 days of hire.Complete other required training as assigned.Benefits (Full‑Time Year‑Round Only) Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits.401(k) Contribution.Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays.Employee Meals.Referral Incentives and Recognition Programs.Holiday Pay.Professional development and upward mobility opportunities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
