Dispatcher Position
The Dispatcher is part of INWA Security operations, which is responsible for providing a centralized location for collecting, processing, documenting and disseminating information as it relates to routine and emergency calls for service in the INWA Region. The role operates much like a public 911 center but additionally monitors high risk areas through the use of CCTV, alarms and access control systems.

Required Qualifications:
- Within 90 days of hire: AVADE level 1 (de-escalation).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree
- 1 year experience working in environment with urgent or emergency conditions.
- 1 year Health Care experience.
- 1 year experience in dispatching environment experience.
- 6 months experience with 2-way radio systems.
