We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to join our team.Essential Job FunctionsCommunication:Receive, record, and service all scheduling calls daily.Assign qualified field staff to each scheduling need.Ensure the completion of the field schedule by 4pm daily.Calendar Maintenance:Maintain field calendar in Metafield and Outlook.Schedule specimen pick-upsSubmit field schedules to Project Managers for review.Maintain vacation calendar for field staff.Meeting Support:Assist Field & Lab Supervisor in scheduling meetings and preparing meeting minutes monthly.Supply Management:Assist in ordering field equipment and supplies as needed.Administrative Support:On-call for after-hours scheduling needs.Archive field schedules.Update Google Earth calendars with site locations.Stay up-to-date on phone and computer systems.Security Coordination:Schedule security clearance, badges, and fingerprinting for technicians when projects require.Desired Outcomes or ResultsTo ensure that qualified staff consistently arrive on time, at the correct location, equipped with the necessary information. The Dispatcher works closely with the field manager and project managers to coordinate daily field scheduling, fostering positive interactions with clients and staff members.Education, Knowledge, and Skills Required or DesirablesHigh school diploma.Prior dispatching experience preferred.Experience with PCs, especially word processing and data entry software.Familiarity with office equipment, including telephones, typewriters, copy machines, and fax machines.What is it like working at GES?GES is proud of our culture!
