Test & Evaluation SME with Security Clearance

The role includes assisting in the development of test and evaluation (T&E) strategies for a space system ground segment software program. Must be able to lead/facilitate key T&E processes and meetings, including interactions with other segments and the Integrated Test Force. Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience supporting DoD Test and Evaluation activities
• 7+ years of experience working Test & Evaluation on space systems
• 5+ years of experience working Test & Evaluation on software systems
• Experience working with programs to successfully enter and exit Assembly Integration and Test milestones
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment developing test strategies/plans/reports/briefings, participation in test execution, verification and/or analysis
• Ability to communicate and establish collaborative relationships with government clients, Federally Funded Research and Developmental Centers (FFRDC), and associate contractor teammates to achieve program goals • Ability to work collaboratively and independently demonstrating initiative to complete complex tasks
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in an engineering, mathematics, computer science, or equivalent technical discipline • Optional but encouraged:
• 2+ years experience with a software program utilizing Agile methodologies
• 2+ years experience working with software factories and/or DecvSecOps pipelines
• 2+ years experience with military SATCOM systems
• Experience with planning, executing, and reporting on Lead Developmental Test Organization or Operational Test Authority (OTA) Organizations and related activities • Experience with Confluence or JIRA
• ITEA Certified Test and Evaluation Professional (CTEP) Certification or other T&E professional certification
• TS/SCI clearance
• Master's degree
