Dispatcher to manage and coordinate the movement of personnel and equipment, acting as the central communication hub between field teams and the office. Must be able to prioritize tasks and use tracking software to ensure timely, efficient operations. Key skills include communication, multitasking and calm decision‑making.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunication Hub: answer calls, texts, and emails and communicate with field, office and management.Dispatching: assign employees, trucks and equipment as needed to specific jobs and locations.Monitoring & Tracking: track vehicles and personnel in real‑time using GPS and computer‑aided dispatch systems.Documentation: maintain accurate, detailed records of calls, activities, driver logs, and schedules.Problem‑Solving: adjust routes, trucks, schedules, equipment, and employees in real‑time to address weather and other unexpected delays and changes to schedules.Compliance: ensure all operations comply with company policies, safety regulations, State required job goals and legal requirements.Required Skills and QaulificationsProficiency in technology including GPS tracking systems and computer software.Communication skills including clear and calm communication, both verbal and written, especially during stressful situations.Multitasking includes the ability to manage multiple tasks, monitor various situations, and make quick decisions simultaneously.Education/Experience: High School diploma with experience in logistics and transport.Equal Opportunity Employer, including disabled and veterans.#J-18808-Ljbffr
