What You'll Do
As a Corrections Officer, you will:
• Serve as a positive, pro-social role model for residents, build rapport, observe behavior, and apply dynamic security principles, maintain the safety and security of residents, staff, and the community, work as part of a cohesive, supportive team of professionals, uphold standards that support rehabilitation and personal growth.

• A high school diploma or GED
• The ability to complete all pre-employment requirements, including a background check and fingerprinting
• A commitment to integrity, professionalism, and teamwork
