They will also maintain product files and offer support in various areas within the company including Products and Sales.KEY TASKS:Accurately complete the entire title work process on all new and used vessels, RV's and other purchases in numerous states in a timely fashion.Handle calls to and from customers, tag offices and federal offices concerning title related issues.Maintain good working relationship with customers by providing timely processing of vessel registrations.Keep organized system of tracking file transfers.Assist with receptionist area and answering phones as needed.Assist Marine Agent as needed.Other duties as assigned.KEY RESULT AREAS:Timeliness and accuracy of paperworkOrderliness of customer filesAbility to provide assistance where neededAbility to work independentlyProblem Solving abilityReliability* Newcoast uses E-Verify, an Internet-based system, to confirm the eligibility of all newly hired employees to work in the United States.
