We are seeking a skilled Service Coordinator to provide support to field personnel and deliver best‑in‑class customer support for national and local clients.Responsibilities Facilitate coffee equipment repair for national clients such as Franke, Schaerer, McDonald's, Dunkin, and moreMonitor service calls and technicians for an assigned geographical region to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) are metWork hands‑on with field supervisors to ensure service calls are dispatched properly and efficientlyProvide support to field technicians and service agents – work order management, facilitate technical support, etc.Communicate professionally with client management and store partners to ensure all service requirements are metProcess customer service requests and inquiries via phone and emailQualifications High School Diploma or equivalent2-4 years' proven experience in a dispatch or service coordinator roleAbility to work in a rapidly changing environment, both independently and as a teamExcellent verbal and written communication and professional customer service skills are a mustStrong time management and multitasking skillsMust be reliable, punctual, and maintain good attendanceProficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, and the ability to learn new software platformsSmart Care Equipment Solutions is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
