Dispatcher at the Gordon Food Service Distribution Center, 504 Advantage Avenue, Aberdeen, MD 21001.Responsibilities Assist in driver scheduling, routing, and order scheduling for customers.Maintain efficient transportation routes.Communicate constantly with drivers, customers, and leadership.Schedule and Compensation Pay Range: $20.96 - $32.70 per hour (based on experience).Training (first month) – Sunday–Thursday 6:00 pm–2:00 am.Post-training – Sunday–Thursday 8:00 pm–4:00 am.Benefits Affordably priced benefits plans starting day one.Weekly pay.Wellness reimbursement.Profit sharing and 401(k) with company match.Emergency child and elder care assistance.Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required.
