The agency provides high‑standard security services to a variety of clients, including federal government, manufacturing and distribution facilities, schools and colleges, religious institutions, retail sites, and other fixed or temporary locations.Job DescriptionLevel2 Corporate Security Agent duties include protecting property and personnel, monitoring entrances and exits, verifying visitor credentials, maintaining security systems and equipment, responding to alarms and distress calls, completing accurate daily and incident reports, overseeing building systems, and communicating effectively with client management, employees, and visitors.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProtect property and livesMonitor entrance/egress of propertyIdentify visitors and request appropriate documentationGuard against theft and maintain securityRespond to alarms and calls of distressComplete accurate daily and incident reportsPrevent passage of prohibited vehicles into restricted areasPrevent access to unauthorized personsInspect and adjust security systems, equipment, and machinery for operational useRegulate and monitor building systemsInspect windows and doors to ensure locks are workingComplete all required security logsCommunicate effectively with client management, employees, and visitorsPhysical DemandsExpectations include standing and walking for long periods, repeated lifting, mental alertness, and the ability to handle escalated and crisis situations.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDMinimum age 18 years oldProfessional appearance; able to wear a uniform neatly and correctlyExcellent verbal and written customer service skillsAlertness and ability to handle escalated or crisis/emergency situationsAbility to multi‑taskComputer and security device proficiencyAbility to obtain required training and licensures, depending on client and stateBackground & ScreeningApplicants must pass a thorough background investigation and drug screening before employment and agree to random drug screenings during employment.Compensation & BenefitsCompensation varies by contract and increases with time and successful service.
