The Dispatcher is primarily responsible for coordinating the activities of the Patient Service Technicians and dispatching all outgoing work orders.Coordinates and dispatches all outgoing work ordersEnsures timely completion of assigned work ordersMonitors all field personnel and establishes equal workloadsDetermines appropriate delivery mode of outgoing supplies and equipmentProcesses all incoming paperwork in a timely and accurate manner Performs quality assurance review of all paperwork to ensure proper ACHC, FDA, DOT and other regulatory complianceAssists patients in solving problems regarding equipment useDelivers durable medical equipment to home healthcare patients when requiredEducation/ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED equivalency preferredOne year related experience is preferredMust be detail-oriented with good organizational and communication skillsA valid driver's license with a good driving record is preferredshould have knowledge of Word Processing softwareThe employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.#J-18808-Ljbffr
