Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce and uphold company policies related to safety, security, and accident prevention to create a secure retail environment

• Conduct regular safety audits, monitor for fire hazards, and ensure compliance with safety standards

• Proactively identify safety concerns and swiftly address issues to protect staff and customers

• Maintain vigilant patrols of assigned areas, utilizing security tools and technology to prevent theft and minimize shrinkage

• Promote awareness of theft prevention strategies among staff and customers

• Investigate and resolve suspicious activities or incidents related to theft, ensuring confidentiality and privacy in all actions

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong observational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and react quickly to safety and security concerns

• Excellent communication skills to promote safety awareness and handle sensitive situations

• Prior security or loss prevention experience is a plus, but motivated entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply

Pay Details: $16.75 per hour
