Responsibilities

Some typical tasks performed may include a combination of the following:
  • Greet residents as they enter and leave the community.
  • Check in visitors and contractors while maintaining a digital log.
  • Enforce HOA bylaws, including rules for the fishing pond, lights out at tennis courts, and timely departure for various contractors.
  • Monitor community access and report any concerns or unusual activity.
  • Provide courteous and professional customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and contractors.
  • Follow community procedures and instructions with little to no supervision.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Must be reliable and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work with little to no supervision.
  • Outdoor work required; must be able to work long hours in the Florida heat.
  • Ability to follow instructions.
  • Must have availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Schedule

Part-Time Schedule:
  • Tuesday: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
  • Saturday: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
  • Sunday: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

This schedule is approximately 24 hours per week.
