Dispatcher/Customer Service PositionThe Dispatcher/Customer Service position is a service liaison between our Customers and our technicians in the field, and is responsible for managing calls from initial request to completion.The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and capable of learning new skills quickly.You have excellent communication, administrative and organizational skills. You are friendly and professional on the phone, and will be comfortable handling multiple issues and projects at the same time in a high-stress, fast paced environment. You are a rock star problem solver with great attention to detail and memory!DutiesQuickly/professionally respond to customer inquiries via e-mail or phoneAccurately quote service pricing for standard callsDaily coordination with field technicians, customers, and contractors/Subcontractors.Preparing daily worksheets for technicians/ContractorsThe duties and responsibilities described herein are not a comprehensive list and additional tasks may be assigned from time to time, or the scope of the job may change as necessitated by business demands. Occasionally, overtime hours are needed to complete tasks.Physical RequirementsAbility to lift, pull and/or push 15 poundsAbility to type, answer phones, and conduct clerical duties, often all at once.Ability to alternate between standing and sitting for the duration of shift on a daily basis.Other Qualifications and AbilitiesMinimum of 2 years experience in an office administration role.Administrative experience in Plumbing and/or construction industries is a plus, but not required.Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and OutlookMust be able to learn new programs and tasksMust be proactive and proficient with time management.Must be comfortable working with many different personalities.This position, like all positions at the company, is at-will.
