Compensation $23.50 - $30.15/hourSchedule Full timeJob Type PermanentFlight CheckerHiring Immediately!Starting pay $23.50 up to $30.15 with no Medical Insurance!Starting July 1st 2026 up to $33.15Must be able to endure Cold Temperature will be working in the Freezer/ Refrigerator!Description of Duties:Pick up the flight schedules for specific airline from dispatch.Look/collect Final information count to include flight number, type of aircraft, configuration and type of service.Locate flights and final/pack specific items on the meal carts.Add/check ice cream, condiments, hot entrée, check special meals, crew, flight completion and temperature taking before finalizing flight.Identify all discrepancies, inform supervisor and ensure that all missing items are placed on the flight.Communicate any problems with the flight to dispatch.Perform additional duties as needed.Job Skills and Qualifications:Must be able to read, speak and write EnglishExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAccurate, organized, thorough, pays attention to detailNeed to understand and interpret Airline SITA telexesStrong mathematical skillsMust be able to interact with all levels of employeesMust be able to lift 50 poundsMust be able to perform duties in refrigerated locationMust be self-directed and be able to work with little supervisionMust be able to work under pressureFlexible, able to work any shiftMust have a good performance and attendance recordAdditional eligibility requirements and details:This is a Union Position - must be willing to pay union dues after 14 daysMust be available to work a full‑time position, including Weekends and Holidays as neededMust be able to complete the application/orientation process in EnglishAbility to lift 25+ pounds occasionally, 50+ pounds frequently & 10+ pounds consistently.
