We are seeking vigilant and responsible Beach Guards to ensure the safety and well-being of visitors at our beautiful Point Pleasant beaches. The ideal candidates will be dedicated to maintaining a safe environment, preventing accidents, and responding promptly to emergencies.Key Responsibilities Monitor beach and water activities to ensure the safety of all visitors.Enforce beach rules and regulations to maintain order and safety.Perform rescues and administer first aid or CPR when necessary.Communicate effectively with beachgoers and team members.Maintain vigilance and readiness throughout assigned shifts.Report any hazards or incidents to the appropriate authorities.Required Skills Strong swimming skills and physical fitness.Ability to stay alert and focused for extended periods.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of lifesaving techniques and first aid.Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergency situations.Valid Lifeguard (L) certification or equivalent.Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Current Lifeguard certification (L) required.Previous experience as a beach or pool lifeguard is a plus.Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.How to Apply If you are passionate about water safety and enjoy working in an outdoor environment, please submit your application and certification details to our hiring team.#J-18808-Ljbffr
