The company is headquartered in Houston, Texas.We're on the lookout for passionate self‑starters who thrive in fast‑moving, collaborative, and innovative environments.Job Purpose/Summary:The Senior Analyst, Government & Regulatory Affairs is charged with sustaining and enhancing state and local government and regulatory affairs at Plains by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify, evaluate and address issues or opportunities in a strategic and fit‑for‑purpose manner. Energy, infrastructure or government/political experience preferredKnowledge of the political and legislative process, including experience with a variety of external affairs strategiesPrior experience serving as a registered lobbyistPrior experience managing budgets for and performance of contract lobbyists across multiple jurisdictionsCleared criminal history (background) and satisfactory reference checksCompliance with the Company's drug and alcohol policy including pre‑employment D&A testingThis position is not eligible for employment‑based visa sponsorship.
