This position requires prior armed security, law enforcement, or military experience. The ideal candidate will have strong observational skills, excellent operational judgment, and the ability to respond swiftly and appropriately to security threats.Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to our client's staff, residents, and visitorsSecure the premises and establish a friendly on-site presenceObserve, survey, and report activities at the assigned siteRemain vigilant and proactively identify security concernsRespond quickly and appropriately to critical situationsEnforce client procedures, regulations, and standardsMust have strong decision making and problem-solving skillsMust be customer service orientedMust have the ability to pay close attention to detailMust be able to stand for long periods of timeMust have strong communication skillsAbility to read and write detailed reportsAbility to work within a structured team environmentMust consistently maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearanceQualifications Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)Authorized to work in the United StatesMust be at least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable lawEffective written and verbal communicationArmed Security Officer experience required.
