Come join the team and be an important part of your community!Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:Ensure exceptional customer serviceAnswer incoming calls from customersUsing dispatch software to dispatch trucks to customersDocumenting conversationsHelping drivers troubleshoot problemsAssessing the safety of roadside situationsDispatch software expert ensuring all call information, notes, pricing, and customer information is entered and correctEnsuring customers and drivers receive timely and accurate dispatch helpHelping drivers trouble shoot issuesAll other duties as assigned by SupervisorSupervisory ResponsibilitiesThere are no supervisory responsibilities for this role.Requirements1 Year experience in customer service preferred1 year experience with dispatching preferredExtremely organized and detailed orientedHigh school diploma or equivalentDispatch Software experience preferredMust reside near assigned areaPhysical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
