We are seeking business leaders to join our growing team and become an integral part of our company's future.Are you ready to be Part of Something BIGGER!Yellow Dot is looking for a dynamic- Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join a thriving business that believes in work life balance and cares about YOU!In this role, you will be responsible for:Answer incoming customer requests and inquiries in a professional & friendly mannerAct as a liaison between customers, technicians, salespersons & managementSchedule service and routine maintenance appointmentsMaintain & update customer records based on interactionsProcess invoice paymentsProvide information about products and servicesTroubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concernsDevelop & maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products & services that benefit our customersParticipate in in-house training on products & services needed by our customers& office software required to fulfill this positionAdditional duties as assigned.Required Qualifications:$18 - $22 / hrMonday - Friday 9a - 6p and Saturday - Sunday 8a - 5p (rotating weekends)Minimum of 1-year administrative or customer service experience in an office setting is requiredKnowledge in Microsoft Office is a requiredService Titan is a plusAbility to easily cultivate strong rapport with customers and co-workersFind it rewarding to organize, prioritize and manage time effectively to see a task through to completionWork well independently & with integrity in a structured yet relaxed environmentEnjoy patiently, empathetically helping othersExcellent written and verbal communication skillsThe physical requirements of this job include:Perform work while sitting and/or standing at an individual work station or officeCommunicate verbally via phone or other communication device.Ability to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephoneUse hands to type, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms.Occasionally stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 10 pounds.Work is usually performed in an indoor office environment.Southern Home Services will make reasonable accommodations to allow an employee to perform the essential functions of the job.Benefits:We offer a rewarding career path with great benefits, flexible schedules, professional and on-the-job training and growth plans.
