We are not incrementally improving legacy architectures. We are replacing them with a unified approach where networking and security are built together, not layered through overlays.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Product Management Leader to define and drive Nile's network security model. This role is about rethinking how security is built and delivered. Today's enterprise security is fragmented—multiple products, overlays, policies, and operational overhead. Nile is taking a clean-sheet approach to unify networking and security into a single, simple service that spans access, campus, branch, and cloud. You will define this model, translate it into product capabilities, and work closely with engineering and customers to deliver it at scale.What You Will DoDefine the next-generation security model for Nile's platform—integrated into the network, not added as overlaysDrive product vision and roadmap to deliver a unified network and security experience as a serviceSimplify complex security architectures into scalable, consumable capabilities with clear outcomesWork closely with engineering to build systems that are secure by design and operationally simpleEngage with customers, CISOs, and field teams to understand real-world challenges and validate directionContribute to positioning, packaging, and go-to-market strategyBuild and mentor a strong product team over timeWhat We Are Looking For10+ years of experience in network security (product management or engineering)Deep experience across areas such as firewalls, secure access, threat detection, behavior analytics, or network detection and responseStrong understanding of enterprise security challenges and how solutions are deployed and operatedAbility to think in systems and simplify complex architectures into clean designsUnderstanding of how AI improves detection, automation, and operations in security environmentsStrong business and product sense with the ability to translate vision into executionBuilder mindset—comfortable operating in ambiguity and creating new modelsWhy This Role MattersThe current security model is too complex, fragmented, and reactive.
