- Operate tube-making production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor production to ensure quality standards are met.
- Follow all safety procedures, SOPs, GMPs, and quality requirements.
- Perform equipment startup and shutdown procedures.
- Help achieve daily production goals while minimizing downtime and scrap.
- Assist the Line Lead as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
- Assembly line experience is a plus.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, TPM, OEE, or similar continuous improvement methods is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
- 100% company-paid employee health insurance after a 60-day waiting period (coverage begins the first of the following month)
- Paid Time Off:
- 14 days accrued during Year 1
- 19 days accrued during Year 2
