- Conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols to ensure safety
- Respond quickly to alarms, disturbances, or incidents
- Prepare accurate and detailed incident reports
- Enforce site policies, rules, and procedures
- Assist with evacuations and emergencies when required
- Observe and report suspicious activity or potential hazards
- Use CCTV, radios, and alarm systems to maintain security
- Provide professional assistance to employees, guests, and clients
- Work closely with law enforcement, fire, or medical responders when necessary
- Strong awareness and observation skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation abilities
- Professional communication and customer service
- Knowledge of emergency response procedures
- Experience with access control and surveillance systems
- Dependable, adaptable, and punctual
- Team-oriented with solid time management
