Job Description

The Instrumentation & Calibration Technician IV works independently to coordinate and facilitate calibration services on required equipment in support for production. They also report broken equipment and remove or deliver equipment.

Responsibilities

Follow safety procedures while working on equipment

Coordinate with vendors for calibration activities

Provide recalls as required to include facilitating calibration extensions as required

Perform and arrange internal and external calibrations

Maintain calibration records for accuracy

Maintain MT&E through understanding of calibration procedures

Prepare reports for non-conformances (out of tolerance) and corrective actions

Train lower level calibration technicians

Qualifications

Experience:

Minimum of six (6) years of experience in area of responsibility.

Experience with calibration, ANSI Z540.1, ISO 17025
