Current job opportunities are posted here as they become available.FRDA is seeking an ASOT Instructor who will provide advanced, scenario-driven training to U.S. Special Operations Forces (SOF) and Intelligence Community (IC) personnel in support of operational readiness and mission success.This role is onsite in Ft. Bragg, NC.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver specialized instruction across sensitive activities, surveillance and counter‑surveillance, and advanced mission planning.Ensure that all course content aligns with current doctrine, operational security requirements, and client training objectives.Minimum QualificationsA minimum of eight (8) years of relevant operational experience, with at least three (3) years in an instructional or mentorship role.Former U.S. Special Operations Forces, Intelligence Community, or other federal agency background with direct experience in advanced operational skills, HUMINT, or surveillance operations.Possess an active Secret clearance.Demonstrated ability to deliver instruction to small groups and adapt teaching style to student proficiency levels.Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear instruction, feedback, and documentation.Familiarity with operational technology tools including surveillance, communications, and tracking systems.Preferred QualificationsCurrent or recent TS/SCI clearance.Graduate of Advanced Special Operations Course (ASOC), Advanced Source Operations Course (ASOC), or equivalent advanced tradecraft programs.Experience supporting USSOCOM, JSOC, or INSCOM training programs.Ability to integrate technical surveillance countermeasures (TSCM) and operational security considerations into curriculum.Physically capable of field instruction in urban, rural, and austere environments.FRDA is an equal opportunity employer.
