You will be responsible for supporting daily operations, client relationships, route efficiency and service delivery performance. This role is critical in ensuring timely service delivery, maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting account retention. To thrive in this role, you must have experience with scheduling and route dispatching, along with strong customer service and communication skills.
