Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.WE LOVE OUR WORK.Position: Surveillance TechShift: 7am-3pm | Pay: $19.00 per hourAdheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.Responsible for performing a wide variety of diagnoses and repairs of surveillance equipment.Diagnoses and repairs mechanical and electronic surveillance equipment malfunctions with minimal guidance or assistance.Replaces parts and circuit boards which have caused malfunctions; may repair some circuit boards, with assistance.Communicates with dispatchers and other technicians to efficiently manage open calls.Maintains moderate skill levels in mechanical and electronic functions, with possible advanced skills in either.Performs general and preventive maintenance on all surveillance equipment.Responsible for the inspection, installation, and removal of all casino surveillance equipment.Researches, analyzes, and makes recommendations regarding best practices and equipment.Identifies, pulls, and labels various alarm, CAT 6, and fiber optic cables.Responsible for troubleshooting system-related problems.Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.BRING US YOUR BEST.Associate degree or certification in Electronics Engineering or related field and six (6) months of Electronics/Surveillance experience required; or minimum one (1) year of surveillance equipment repair experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Must have knowledge of surveillance equipment and installation/maintenance.Must have a general understanding of electronics as well as mechanical and electronic processes.Must have strong written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English.Knowledge of casino games and operations preferred.Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.Must have strong technical computer skills and be knowledgeable in computer networks, programming, and troubleshooting of systems.Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.Highly organized and detail oriented.Ability to move effectively and efficiently around work area.Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and fluctuating days off.Equal Opportunity EmployerSTARTING SALARY$19 per hour#J-18808-Ljbffr
