Typical duties will include:Communication skills: on the phone, emails and in personReceiving calls from customers and scheduling work accordingly; experience in computer input during callsOrganizational skills for multiple jobsProblem solver and can demonstrate good judgmentGood phone etiquette and excellent listening skillsComputer proficiency including typing, MS Outlook, Excel and Word; coordinating with management on the availability of personnel, equipment and suppliesDaily scheduling of personnelDaily scheduling of equipmentInspect returning vehicles for cleanliness, damage, fuel level, etc.Manage DOT related documents such as mileage logs, vehicle inspection reports, etc.Manage operations related documents such as dispatch sheets, material requisitions, daily job reports, etc.Observe all safety policies and regulations including use of personal protective equipmentBe available for work as needed with on call expectationsRequirements and EducationHigh school diploma or GEDValid Driver's licenseKnowledge of Word, Excel and OutlookFamiliar with the materials, equipment and supplies used in industrial cleaningFamiliar with dispatch and warehouse operations, procedures, equipment and terminologyProper phone and email etiquetteAbility to work industry seasonal outages such as holidays, weekends and off shift hoursPreferred Requirements and EducationPrefer 1 year of industrial related experience or warehouse workPrevious Dispatching experience a plusEEO StatementK2 Industrial Services, Inc., is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
