This is a 20 hours-per-week position, working in the afternoons and evenings. The IAC Security Guard will report to the IAC Shepher Community Center Sr. Manager.Duties include and are not limited to:Conduct perimeter checks throughout the dayInspect building equipment and access pointsPermitting entryRestraining trespassersControls traffic by directing driversAble to control situations in a stressed environmentProfessionally represent the IAC and provide excellent serviceFlexibility to work evenings and weekends as neededPerform other duties as required and assignedSkills/QualificationsPrior related job experienceMust have an Active Guard CardMust have a Permit for an Exposed FirearmMust be CPR and First Aid certifiedProactive and energetic attitudeStrong interpersonal and communication skillsFluent and skilled in spoken and written English.
