Position Summary: Creek Technologies is seeking a Management Analyst to provide full-time, on-site administrative and operational support for the AFRL/RX Advisory and Assistance Services contract in Fairborn, OH. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in administrative and analyst support functions, including travel processing, timekeeping oversight, correspondence routing, and front office coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesConfirm timecards are correct and concurred prior to Branch Chief reviewMaintain division supply inventory and manage special orders for office supplies and computer equipmentCollect required documentation (889 forms, quotes, invoices) to support branch GPC purchasesSubmit CSRDs and track approvals for IT-related purchasesReview and track public release packages for completeness and accuracyEnsure required signatures are obtained prior to submissionTrack assigned taskers as delegated by Branch and Deputy Branch ChiefMonitor progress and ensure completion for submission to division leadershipMaintain oversight of the RXEB Branch calendarAssist with coordinating calendars for Branch and Deputy Branch ChiefMonitor branch email daily and communicate action items, required responses, and notificationsReview travel authorizations and vouchers for accuracyForward documents for final acceptance by Branch and Deputy Branch ChiefManage travel requests by editing, submitting, and tracking approvals through directorate leadershipManage the full onboarding and offboarding process for contractors within RXEBTrack background check appointment progress and complete required paperwork to support timely processingOversee routing, formatting, and submission of correspondence requiring directorate leadership review and signatureServe as the point of contact for receiving and sending division mailMaintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing correspondenceQualificationsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a professional environment8+ years of experience in an administrative and/or business analyst roleExperience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe AcrobatStrong report formatting and editing skillsData entry experience with a high level of accuracyAssociate's degree in management or a related discipline (preferred)Current Secret clearance preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
