The Local Dispatcher is responsible for efficiently routing home deliveries, scheduling daily jobs and assigning crews to each job as well as communicating with customer service to ensure each customer is handled with care. This individual will also work closely with the accounts to ensure complete customer service and will manage a team of drivers to ensure all operating procedures are being followed and drivers are compliant with DOT standards.
