Notify traders of potential scheduling conflicts and suggest ways to mitigate.Other duties assigned as needed.Education and ExperienceEducationBachelor's degree in business, supply management, finance, or relevant field experience requiredExperience10 + years minimum experience scheduling and executing marine operations.10 + years minimum experience in a trading environment handling logistics and transportationSkills and Physical DemandsSkillsIntimate working knowledge around scheduling through various means of transportationExpert knowledge with Incoterms 2010 / 2020Experienced with different Refined Product / Renewable grades and specificationsDetail knowledge around common Charter Party formats and common marine GT&CsLetter of Credit formats and documentation requirementsCalculating/Estimating freight and other marine related costsSolarc Right Angle knowledge is preferredSoft Skills: Good written and oral communication skills, team player, exceptional customer service, attention to detail, self‑motivated, good time management skills, and innovative thinkingTypical Physical DemandsRequires prolonged sitting, some bending and stoopingOccasional lifting up to 25 poundsManual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculatorRequires normal range of hearing and visionOur CultureFueling customers' journeys since 1964, innovation leads the way for this family‑owned and operated business headquartered in Oklahoma City.
