The Ecoforce Coordinator – Dispatch & Scheduling plays a critical role in supporting daily operations by coordinating routes, managing communication with field teams, and ensuring efficient deployment of roving team members. This role is responsible for maintaining schedule accuracy, facilitating real-time adjustments, and delivering excellent internal and customer service.This position requires strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDispatch & Route CoordinationPlan, sequence, and dispatch daily service routes for Ecoforce and roving team membersMonitor route progress and proactively adjust schedules to maintain efficiency and service levelsCommunicate route updates, delays, or changes clearly and promptly to drivers and field staffEnsure compliance with DOT rules and company policiesDriver & Team SupportCheck drivers in and out daily to ensure readiness, accountability, and successful route completionProvide clear instructions, coaching, and real-time problem resolution to field teamsServe as the primary point of contact for roving employees throughout the workdayCustomer & Internal CommunicationAnswer incoming calls and provide first-level customer supportAddress customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests with professionalism and urgencyGreet and assist incoming employees and visitorsAdministrative & Operational SupportMaintain accurate scheduling records and dispatch documentationAssist with reporting, data entry, and operational trackingSupport special projects and other administrative tasks as assignedCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operationsQualificationsRequiredHigh school diploma or equivalentWorking knowledge of DOT rules and regulationsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentPreferredMinimum of 2 years of dispatch, logistics, or route coordination experienceWhat Success Looks Like in This RoleRoutes are executed efficiently with minimal disruptionDrivers and roving team members feel supported, informed, and motivatedCustomer inquiries are handled promptly and professionallyScheduling accuracy and operational communication are consistently maintained#J-18808-Ljbffr
