Armed Security Guard- Retail

We are hiring professional part‑time Armed Security Officers to conduct visible patrols, respond to incidents, and handle de‑escalation with weekend availability. Candidates must have a valid Massachusetts License to Carry (LTC), their own MA‑compliant firearm, and duty belt. Strong communication and de‑escalation skills are required, along with the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
