Change Practitioner Location: Washington, D.C. area (hybrid) Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. (Blue Rose) is seeking a skilled Change Practitioner to support a federal client in driving organizational change, communications, training, and user adoption efforts within a secure environment. In this role, you will assist the Change Lead with work planning, scheduling, metrics tracking, training coordination, and resource support. Working as an individual contributor on an Agile team, you will develop engaging training materials, create stakeholder communications, and support change management activities that drive user adoption, organizational readiness, and successful implementation of new systems and processes. What You'll Do As a Change Practitioner, you will: * Support the Change Lead with planning, scheduling, metrics tracking, training, and resource coordination * Design, develop, edit, and refine self-service training materials, job aids, and performance support resources for client systems * Develop and deliver stakeholder communications that support modernization initiatives and organizational readiness * Support change management activities that drive stakeholder engagement, user adoption, and successful implementation * Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support change management deliverables and program priorities * Create and maintain training, communication, and performance support materials * Track change activities, metrics, and related documentation to support program visibility * Coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure change efforts align with program goals Schedule & Shift Details * Full-time (40 hours/week) * Hybrid work environment * Must be local to the Washington, D.C. area Requirements * U.S. Citizenship required * Active Secret Clearance required * Minimum of 3-5 years experience with communications development and delivery * Minimum of 3-5 years experience supporting change management activities * Minimum of 0-2 years experience developing application training and performance support materials * Experience developing training materials, communications, job aids, or performance support resources * Experience working on Agile teams or supporting Agile delivery activities * Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities and support change-related tasks in a fast-paced environment * Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels Preferred Qualifications * Experience supporting federal modernization or digital transformation initiatives * Familiarity with organizational change management (OCM) methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR * Experience developing instructor-led training (ILT), self-paced learning, or digital learning content * Experience supporting stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, or user adoption initiatives * Experience using Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Adobe Captivate, or similar collaboration and learning technologies Why Join Blue Rose? * Support mission-critical federal modernization and transformation initiatives * Help drive user adoption through effective communications, training, and change support * Collaborate with experienced change management, technical, and program teams * Build expertise in organizational change management, instructional design, Agile delivery, and federal digital transformation Apply Today Email: Website: www.bluerose-consulting.com/careers LinkedIn:
