OverviewEvening DispatcherWe have an excellent opportunity available for a EVENING DISPATCHER, located in our Chicago Call Center located in Lombard, IL. The hours of this shift will be from 3:30pm-12:00am, weekends and holidays as assigned. The hourly pay range for this position is between $19.00-$21.00, depending on experience.ResponsibilitiesLiaison between our field technicians and customers nationwide.Distribute jobs to field technicians.Manage the workload of field technicians throughout the Eastern portion of the country.Interact with customers to keep them informed of the status of their assigned field technician's arrival.Relay necessary job information to the field technician.Resolve any customer service issues.RequirementsSelf-starter who is organized and thorough with attention to detail and thrives in a bustling environmentAble to multi taskExcellent customer service skillsSolid computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)AS400 knowledge preferredBenefitsAt Roto-Rooter, we believe our most significant investment is in our employees.
