This position ensures transportation compliance, accurate dispatch records, and effective coordination with personnel and maintenance teams to maintain mission readiness.Duties and ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the assignment, movement, and tracking of vehicles and equipment in support of operational and logistical requirements.Maintain accurate dispatch records in accordance with established policies and transportation regulations.Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local transportation laws, regulations, and safety requirements.Apply knowledge of vehicle classifications, maintenance scheduling, and safety protocols to ensure efficient and compliant operations.Coordinate with maintenance teams to support equipment availability and preventive maintenance planning.Monitor and support emergency dispatch procedures as required.Perform additional duties as assigned by management in support of mission and operational objectives.Required Qualifications and EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent.ExperienceMinimum of 2 years of experience performing duties as an equipment dispatcher.Specialized ExperienceDemonstrated familiarity with federal, state, and local laws, regulations, policies, and precedents affecting the operation and use of vehicles and equipment on federal and state roads.
